The Greatest Health Hack
You’ve heard me say time and again that sleep is the greatest “health hack.”
But what’s a gal to do if sleep is tricky (moms of new babes, are you reading this?!).
Answer: Support the other pillars of health - optimize your nutrition, engage in appropriate exercise (not over or under doing it), support your stress response, mood etc.
This picture here shows my sleep and readiness scores from a few days ago. Not half bad for a mom of a newborn who, on this night in particular, woke 9 times!
