Your Health is Essential

I want to be the soft landing for my kids. The safe spot. The place they can come to when they’ve had a rough day. The mom who can take on all the emotions without losing herself in the thick of it. I know many moms can relate to this. Yes?

But our physical and emotional resources are not limitless. Patience is not a never-ending well. In order to be this person, you must first tend to yourself. Address your physical well-being; take note of your emotional well-being. Make yourself and your health the biggest priority. Do the work - eat the kale, go on the walk, meditate, know your labs, go to bed early, take your supplements, etc. etc. Do the things that allow you to show up to be that soft landing, that safe spot.

If this post resonates with you and you feel like you need a little support with your physical or emotional health, please reach out.

I’ve opened up my schedule to new and existing patients.
