The Power of Nutrition

It’s the busy days, the unmotivated days, the chaotic days that we tend to push aside our nutrition. Yet, these are the days our bodies need it the most.

Food is healing.
Food is fuelling.
Food is energizing.
Food is medicine.

I know it feels like you don’t have time, but you have to make the time. Prioritize whole, nutrient filled foods because they are your secret weapon. Here are some ways to set yourself up for success:

1. Meal prep (it can just be one meal).

2. Pre chop veggies, fruits & snacks for the fridge.

3. Have 3-4 go to simple meals that you know take less than 30mins.

4. Habit stack.

5. Start with one habit, (ex morning smoothie) and commit to it for a week. Then continue to build.

6. Practice mindset framing, “I get to have a nourishing meal”, “these foods help me thrive and support me through my day.”

Sometimes there is no time, and trust me, I get that. Give yourself grace and keep trying everyday. Progress > perfection.
