Caffeine and PMS.
The question on everyone's mind when they enter my office...will she take my coffee away?!
The evidence for caffeine and PMS is mixed.
So likely I'll let you keep your coffee (collective sigh of relief!).
BUT - depending on your symptom picture and your caffeine intake, we may switch things up a bit.
Is your anxiety worse right before your period? Poor sleep? Breast tenderness? Likely those 4 cups are going to turn into 1 (a small one😉).
But no, I won't take it away.
