The question on everyone's mind when they enter my office...will she take my coffee away?!⁠

The evidence for caffeine and PMS is mixed.⁠

So likely I'll let you keep your coffee (collective sigh of relief!).⁠

BUT - depending on your symptom picture and your caffeine intake, we may switch things up a bit. ⁠

Is your anxiety worse right before your period? Poor sleep? Breast tenderness? Likely those 4 cups are going to turn into 1 (a small one😉). ⁠

But no, I won't take it away. ⁠
